Hi my name is Gladys. I felt really scared after all that nightmare day it made me furious and scared at the same time. A man name Raymond came to our school because he was the singing inspector. He was wearing an enormous knickerbockers , thick stockings like a hunter,he has a sphere face,eyes like blueberries,and called everyone to come to the big room but the bigger boys like Jack Long and Paulus,they only do exams it was so unfair and not equal. Then all of us have to sing the doh ray me song. He called Benny and Charles to sing first,but instead of singing they stand still as if they don’t know what to sing they didn’t even know Blue Bells of Scotland or Ministrel boy, Mr Raymond got angry and roared at them,”What can you sing. At High Africa,when we arrived,we put down all of our luggages.We all gathered around in a circle at the field,the people told us about the instructions to play Rock-Paper-Siccer. When it was over we did this penguin dance it made me so tired that I want to sleep in bed already. One of us have to go in groups,there was group1, group 2, group 3, group 4 and group 5.In group 2 they have to do a monkey dance while the other group has to do swimming  When it was my turn to get in the water,it was freezing cold!  When it was dinner we ate lizania,it was so delicious! In the next morning we ate cereal with milk and tea,some of the kids put extra sugar in there cereal some of the kids ate cornflakes and the others ate oats it was good. Then we have to do another exercise which we have to step on the planks and don’t leave any space with your partner. Then we ate lunch.When it was over we did the Leap of Faith it was kind of scary though.

 In  term 1 I met new friends.My best part in Grade 5 is that I went to Amy`s birthday party.I`m thinking when I go to camp i`t may be fun or not.I don`t exactly remember when my friends and I went to Kristenboch. When we arrived at Kristenboch we took a clipboard to write about plants.Some of us rolled on the grass I also joined in.It made so dizzy when I went down on a hill. It was so much fun!The most funnest thing for me is the beach outing!We have so much fun at the beach.                            On February it was Friendship Day
